Facilities Master Plan Request for Proposal (RFP 2627-01)
ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to create a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan that will guide future campus improvements and capital investments. Services include facility condition assessments, space utilization analysis, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and development of phased recommendations for the Auburn and Fulton campuses and Workforce Development Center.
Proposals must be received by October 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET.
